Details
Bills are due on the 20th of each month.
Bills that are paid after the due date will have a penalty of 1.75% of the total bill due.
Your meter is read between the first and tenth of every month. We appreciate it being made accessible during this time period.
Shut-off notices are sent out on delinquent accounts. If a shut-off notice is mailed and payment is not received by the payment due date, services will be discontinued and a $25.00 fee will be added to the amount due.
Sewer Usage Calculation
The cost per thousand gallons for sewer processing will be $7.02, with a minimum charge of $23.12.
Since sewer is not metered, your sewer usage will be calculated on the average water used during the months of December, January and February.
Customers using less than a 6,000 gallon average will pay the minimum charge of $23.12 + $5.00 surcharge.
Note: Billing will remain stable for one year (Fiscal Year July through June).

Automatic Bank Draft
If you take advantage of the automatic bank draft, you will still receive a monthly statement notifying you of the pending draft a few days prior to the actual draft date.

Personal Check
Personal check payments may be mailed to our office at 215 E Allison Rd., Cheyenne, WY 82007.
If you prefer to mail your payment, please allow for sufficient mailing time.
After hours payment can be made at the drop box on the north side of the building.
